Scoliosis Resources for Providers

Dear Provider –

Seven years ago I began looking for scoliosis treatment options.  I did not know where to start and quickly found that there were few local options.  I relentlessly traveled the country to find the best doctors and the best treatments. Upon finding them, I started training to incorporate these exact techniques into my clinic.

Over the years, I’ve realized just how many families right here at home are looking for hope. They get bounced from doctor to doctor without finding options. They are told to wait for it to get worse or schedule a surgery immediately. I have seen child after child come into my office a little too late, after being told to “just wait and see.” And I’ve watched their families walk down a difficult road and sometimes through surgeries.

Today, I am asking you to join me in making families aware of what we have to offer them.

Through specialized training, I’ve been able to help families take action before a surgical intervention was necessary.  In instances where a severe diagnosis or additional medical complications exist, a network of doctors and surgeons throughout the United States, Canada and Australia that specialize in cases like these coordinate care with our clinic so that we can get families to the right place sooner rather than bouncing from doctor to doctor.

Providing a local resource for these families is a convenience we have not had in the past.  I look forward to working alongside you and your patients to give you the best information available on scoliosis care.  Below you will find some resources and information on how we can partner together.

With great appreciation,

~Dr. Mandy Dietz

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

If you have a patient that needs more specialized care, it’s time we connect! Our goal is to partner with you, not steal patients from you.

  • Contact our main office at 701-223-8413 to set up an appointment for your patient. You may also have your patient contact us directly.
  • Send us all diagnostic imaging and reports. This includes X-rays, CT, MRI, clinical scans, etc.
  • Give us the best email address and phone number so we can stay in touch with you directly.

WHAT DO YOU DO NEXT AS THE PROVIDER?

  • Keep providing care for your patient as normal, even as we start working with them.
  • Connect with Dr. Mandy for updates on progress on our side.
  • If the patient is a serious case, we will all coordinate with other providers – such as surgeons, etc. – as needed.
  • We will keep open lines of communication with you as their Provider. This will help you know what is going on with the scoliosis prognosis.
